This is an excellent hotel situated in Westminster close to all transport but within walking distance of so many attractions. We were only in London for one night mainly to see the Christmas lights and we wanted to spoil ourselves , the hotel and staff fulfilled our goals.

Disability room not suitable

Pros: Location is optimal and service is of excellence.
Cons: Refrain from issuing tall guests disabled rooms.
Location: This hotel has direct access to the Thames and attractions within walking distance.
Nice hotel. Having been allocated a special services room, we found the height of sinks and mirrors uncomfortable. No view from 445
