Ask for a room in the main building
The location is great and service is good. However, I booked a room with two beds and ended up staying in a section of the hotel that felt almost like an extension of the hotel. Walked long hallways through 3 doors that needed the key, elevator, another door with a key etc. And the room was pretty small for 2 people,

Pleasant staff and rooms
Very efficient and friendly check-in. Clean and quiet room, although we only had the small double room it was perfectly adaquate for a short stay. We particularly liked the convenience of the little kitchenette with microwave which is very handy for quick snacks. The only things that could be improved is the window didn't open and the window blind was quite difficult to operate with numerous strings. Will definitely return if in the area again.

Great location for a London stay
I loved my time at the Resident. From the moment I was checked in by the incredibly hospitable Jose, a welcoming tone was set. I was in a "small" room which was perfect for a short stay. The Hotel is located in Soho with all that neighborhood has to offer and blocks away from a Tube station. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location for theatre land. Good amenities for self catering breakfast. The staff were the stand out positive for this hotel, without exception all staff members were welcoming, professional and friendly 😁 we will be recommending and returning
