Firstly , they charged me extra £100 not sure why as the amount does match the invoice they provided me. Secondly the WiFi does not work, horrible connection. Thirdly, the aircon was making weird noises and hardly worked. We had a dialogue issue with the staff although we were both speaking in English! I don’t know how they got five stars with these facilities and I am pretty sure their reviews must be fake.

A little gem of a hotel in London
Beautifully decorated a lovely hotel conveniently located virtually next to tower bridge to explore all the sights of London. The room and service was wonderful. We didn’t eat there as we had already had things pre planned but will be on our list when we return.
