Great stylish hotel in a superb location.
We had a superb stay at Sea Containers. Rooms were great, hotel is beautifully decorated and very stylish. Staff were great, particular shout out to Joe who gave us an impromptu tour and entertained my children while we had to wait 10 mins for our room (that we were early for anyway). Very happy, would stay again without question.

Everything was perfect, it was our 20th anniversary and we got upgraded to the best room I have stayed in, beautiful view of the Thames and a balcony. Really enjoyed the ambience and design and the breakfast was great too!

Nice stay
Quiet room, nice selection of hot and cold buffet at breakfast. Check in/out was easy although we didn’t expect an accommodation service charge to be added when leaving. Easy to contact staff at reception through What’s App via the app. Some TV channels were not available but this didn’t matter too much as there were plenty of other options.

Nice hotel, amazing service, quite pricey
Really nice hotel, amazing staff, rooms are ‘nice’ but not particularly special, also, what they don’t tell you on the hotel sites is that river facing rooms are all studios or suites - all standard rooms are rear facing into a bland courtyard overlooked by offices - so unless you are happy to pay the £60-£100 upgrade- you won’t be getting a view… we went to the Lyaness bar for nightcap cocktails staff were excellent- our American waitress was charming and really knew her cocktails ( first time I haven’t had to explain what a New York Sour is!) some drinks were excellent some just ‘ok’ - all were expensive..£14-£15 each +13.5% service charge, so that’s £17 per cocktail inc service.. overall a nice (but expensive) stay

The service was superb!! Friendly, helpful and welcoming atmosphere. Most certainly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in London - we have stayed at a few! The level of cleanliness and attentive service from check in, room service, housekeeping and check out was impeccable. Be sure to visit the 12 Knot bar, again, impeccable and attentive service.
