Dear manager. I am very disappointed of the customer services handling in your hotel. I have sent some proven flight cancellation details, which shows that our flight was cancelled due to a war in Israel. But no one seemed to care. All I got was very laconic answers such as “we can’t cancel this order” or other laconic forms of unhelpful, disconnected answers.
Unwillingness to help people who are at war has nothing to do business. But it has everything to do with not acting as human beings to each other.
I don’t see any difference between COVID-19 and emergency situations like war in terms of cancellations. This is no secret that an active war is happening right now in Israel.
The least you could do is let me delay my stay without additional charges, and then we would both have won.
Even after contacting Rove for the third time (!!!), you guys didn’t come with a satisfying solution, you picked the “sorry, no can do” approach which is the easiest.
Personally, I am really offended. I see Rove hotel’s answers and treatment as anti-semitism. There is no justification for behavior like that in a modern world.
Simply disappointing, unacceptable and I will never recommend doing business with Rove.
