Our stay was marred by several unacceptable issues. The presence of mold in the bathroom was deeply concerning, and the subpar breakfast, notably the undercooked eggs, fell short of expectations. The situation with the elevator, including a distressing incident and subsequent noise disruption, was exacerbated by the staff's initial inappropriate response, though they later admitted to ongoing elevator problems. Although we were eventually moved to a suite, it doesn't excuse renting out substandard rooms or floors with known issues. Additionally, the refusal to reimburse for an unsatisfactory breakfast service was disappointing, especially for a hotel purporting to be of four-star caliber, a rating that, in our experience, seems overstated. The hotel's failure to meet basic standards and address guest concerns promptly and adequately is alarming and suggests a significant gap between advertised quality and actual service.
