Our stay at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Vanderbilt South Kensington was excellent in every aspect, nice hotel in a nice area. Room was lovely, breakfast excellent and bar and restaurant very good. The best part was all of the staff were top class, professional, helpful, efficient and smiley, pleasant and engaging. Well done everyone

Very warm welcome from the Reception staff at this hotel. They had a room available earlier than check-in, so let us take occupation. The standard room is quite small but the beds are very comfortable and equipped with tea/coffee and quality toiletries. Great location for the Natural History, Science and V & A museums, and of course Harrods and Kensington Gardens. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a good position with Gloucester Road tube station nearby and the Natural History and V and A museums are within walkable distance. Also close to plenty of restaurants. The staff at the hotel were helpful, and polite. Our standard room was OK for one night but the road noise was intrusive and the bathroom was very, very small.

Short trip to London to site see. Picked hotel because of location and price. Hotel had a great location as it was 1/2 block from the Gloucester tube station and 3 blocks from Hyde Park.

Small rooms and slow elevator
Except the amazing service by the staff and reception who helped us a lot during check-in to lift our luggage at the door, welcome us, change the room to a bigger room, bring coffee pods when asked for, clean perfectly, this hotel has lot of improvement areas. It does not look like a 3 star. Really small rooms and slowest elevator you can imagine. The rooms are so small that we could not even open our luggage! The bathroom bathtub water leaks out as there is no proper plexi glass to keep the water in.
