I wouldn’t stay here again.
My recent stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making a positive first impression. The location is convenient, providing easy access to various amenities. However, the overall experience was marred by several issues.
The room's cleanliness was moderate, with scuff marks on the walls and a smashed bathroom mirror, leaving a less-than-ideal first impression. The bed had a noticeable dip in the middle, making it uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. The TV hanging off the wall due to an inadequate bracket added to the discomfort.
The lift, only accommodating one person and a suitcase, posed an inconvenience, especially since it only reached the fourth floor. Guests on the fifth floor had to navigate a flight of stairs with their luggage. This accessibility issue could be a significant drawback for some.
Despite these setbacks, the cleaning team was diligent, providing fresh towels daily. Unfortunately, the thin walls and unpredictable showers diminished the overall experience. Unpleasant morning surprises, such as the pervasive scent of garlic and the unsettling sound of a neighboring guest vomiting at 5 am, left much to be desired.
I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that aspect. In summary, while the hotel's staff and location shine, the various issues encountered during my stay make it difficult to recommend the establis
