Would highly recommend staying here if you are in London! Lots to see and do around and very convenient to the Underground and buses, etc. We apparently got a room upgrade which we appreciated, but it looked the same as the smaller room we had booked…I think all rooms are just very small there. Wouldn’t bother paying for the nicer/bigger room. Regardless would stay again!

The rooms and bathrooms are clean,well kept White crisp linens and lovely white fluffy towels with lots of little extras in the room The staff are very friendly,obliging and curteous Special shout out to Salman at reception for being so wonderful and going the extra mile We will definitely stay here again

Fabulous hotel in great location
Fabulous hotel in a great location. Room was compact with everything needed for a city centre break. Very well designed and not cluttered. Lovely spa quality toiletries, and face cloths, why don't all hotels have these??? Also very quiet and restful for a hotel in London right next to The Portrait Gallery.
