The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to Victoria Station and is about a 15 minute walk to Buckingham Palace. I felt very safe in the area walking back late at night after an evening out. I stayed in the tiny single room and it is well-named, but as a solo traveller, it suited my needs perfectly. There was a space heater and a fan available in the room, if needed, along with a safe. The staff were very helpful and accommodated my request to have a package delivered and held for my arrival.

Loved this pretty Georgian House hotel on a lovely street in easy walking distance from the Victoria Coach station. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it has no elevator and very steep stairs, so you'll have to ask the front desk to help you with your bags. Charming, nice breakfast room. Liked this vibe very much!
