We had an amazing stay as usual. The hotel is amazing as are the very friendly staff. It really is like home from home. Fantastic! We can’t wait to go back. The definition of luxury is professionalism and customer service. Dukes Hotel lives up to its standards by offering old-world hospitality and family-style service in the heart of Mayfair. When an unforeseen change happened on my reservation the staff acted with compassion and offered their best efforts to resolve the issue and provide me a pleasant stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. Dukes Hotel is my go-to home away from home in London.
