I was very satisfied with this hotel. It was a good value for the price. It was tight, especially the bathroom, but that is to be expected. Everything worked well. I was not a great fan of the shampoo and shower gel packets. They are tough to open when wet. I was given a larger room than I had ordered, which was nice. Staff were very friendly.

It was exactly where and what I required. Bed and security.
The welcome was very good and friendly. The bedside lamp didn't work. I even tried switching the bulb. I told them when I left.
The bed was very springy and the pillows like bricks.
Very clean and tidy. Management was very accommodating with extra blankets and even a space heater, although once we figured out how to work the radiator we actually did not need the space heater. Friendly and welcoming. Space was a little tight especially in the bathroom. Close access to tube stations. Overall an excellent place to stay
Exceptional front of house/reception. Friendly and very helpful. Very good value for money in terms of convenience of location, quiet spot, close to shops so easy to get breakfast, dinner etc. Very clean bathroom, warm (heating is on) and dry room, comfortable bed. I have been impressed and will definitely be coming back.
We received a nice and helpful welcome on arrival. Check in was very easy and quick. Although the room was quite small (we knew this in advance) it had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The main advantage of this hotel is its price for the location (5 min walk from Pimlico Underground). I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a budget stay (is there such a thing in London anymore?) who does not need too many luxuries or space. I would most likely return here.
