The Building is old and not refurbished. The heater was through the roof and the lift was broken on the day and we had to carry our heavy bags across the stairs. you can hear the traffic quite loudly as well.

Small, a bit dated but clean. Excellent value.
Very good value. One bedroom with a double and 2 twins - good for a discount family room for a short time. However quite small so might not be so good for a longer stay. The fittings are quite old and the toilet/shower room is small - but it was definitely clean. Great location for Kings Cross station. Friendly staff on reception.

Really convenient for Kings Cross. Room was comfortable and a bit bigger than I expected. I appreciated that there was a lift as well. The only small complaint is that the wall were fairly thin, but this wouldn’t stop me staying there again

Basic but you cant complain for the price, located within a short walk of King's cross station. Ideal for an overnight stay whilst in london for the football.
