I found the on-line awkward and ‘messy’..i asked for a confirmation of my booking and the ,question that followed was to print itinerary
number, which I did not have…
it wld be much more beneficial to send a confirmation of booking by email as soon as the booking and payment has been made..that was all I required..not the
go to manage trip etc etc…..I don’t think I will use this site again.

Booked online, which is fine – the service is what I expected from online hotel booking platforms.

Normally would give 3-stars for things that are neither exceptional or terrible, but this was quick and easy i.e. the process worked and I didn’t have to click back and forth.
