it was easy to book

I found the on-line awkward and ‘messy’..i asked for a confirmation of my booking and the ,question that followed was to print itinerary
number, which I did not have…
it wld be much more beneficial to send a confirmation of booking by email as soon as the booking and payment has been made..that was all I required..not the
go to manage trip etc etc…..I don’t think I will use this site again.

It was easy to use and the room at Rydges was 50.00 less than on booking.com for excactly the same thing

Online booking was easy

Booked online, which is fine – the service is what I expected from online hotel booking platforms.

Normally would give 3-stars for things that are neither exceptional or terrible, but this was quick and easy i.e. the process worked and I didn’t have to click back and forth.

Provided excellent hotel which other websites did not offer at a great price. Very happy. Easy website to maneuver around and the whole experience was just a joy. Great job wotif!
