The hotel never received the confirmation and contact me to chase up with wotif to get it sent. Nothing came of this from wotif, so I can cancelled the booking and booked through another website, and I can’t find info any info on when the refund will be given back. I’m not a business, I’m not millionair, I can’t wait an unknown time for $100 – I need that now.

Terrible, booked a room for 2 nights..wotif took my money, gave me a email intiniary and when i went to check in at the hotel, there was no booking, couldn’t get a room anywhere, slept in my car..soi not happy, wotif are making me wait ages for a refund..

I opted to pay the extra $50 in order to pay for my accommodation on arrival, rather than pay at the time of booking. I then however found out from the sight managers that I was required to pay a $200 deposit to secure the booking. Am I not entitles to the $50 back?

A user friendly website, but when I tried to make a second booking I could not pay for it after several attempts and went to Booking.com, had no problem.
