I have used wotif for many years and all but one experience was positive.

Straight forward and easy to use

I actually had an issue with the dates that I thought I’d booked and was a little stressed to find that the website had somehow changed the dates I’d entered in. I immediately rang customer service and was happily and efficiently helped to remedy the situation. You can’t really ask for much more than that.

i didnt get a confirmation text or email. I contacted the hotel to double check that I had a booking and they had no record of it.
