This hotel was very basic. No extra pillows, no blankets, no new soap etc. Front desk staff were quite rude. Air con unit was dodgy, fan and light were operated by a remote clearly on the same frequency as another unit and I was woken frequently by lights being flicked on and off and fan changing speed in my room. I was forced to turn it off at the wall in the middle of the night to stop it happening and then freeze under a faulty air con. I will NOT be staying here again.

Was easy to do, but I did not receive my confirming email, so I rang motel to confirm my booking, I did this because last week I had a bad experience with stayz
