Cheaper prices were good. Easy enough to book. A bit hesitant when booking so phoned the hotel directly to make sure we were getting what we were paying for.

I unfortunately had to cancel a booking . The staff member I spoke to was extremely helpful and prompt with his email to confirm this . Service was excellent

The booking process was easy. And when the price changed between clicking book and confirm it didn’t just automatically make the booking at the higher price, but gave me the opportunity to change my mind. Luckily the price dropped again.

Next time please specify how close the motel is to the busy pub, motel was right behind the pub, no sleep, pokey little room with no air con, could not open windows due to noise from pub, was disgusted to be charged $125 for 1 night to stay there, drunks hanging outside our room, was not happy.
