I had made an error in my hotel booking. I had to cancel the first, wrong, booking and confirm the second, correct, one. Your staff member yesterday was a model of patience and efficiency. The error is corrected and a refund for the wrong booking will be with me in five to seven days. I am very grateful that you have such good staff.
