I would like to see the pet friendly status to be widen to include. if the pet is allowed indoors. as it is frustrating to see that it says pet friendly but the rules of the site are not friendly

I made a mistake with the date of booking. I rang back straight away and the customer service rep told me that if the motel owner did not agree to waiver my mistake, stiff. This appalled me to think a tiny mistake picked up only minutes after confirmation would be so penalised. I was lucky and the owner accepted my mistake and booked me for the intended next night. Your rep was most helpful in rectifying my mistake. I will certainly be checking my dates in future. Too costly.
