i would be using your booking website with concern that the error needing resolve by your service person, would happen again. Please make your booking site user friendly for tablet. the calendar was very problematic and I made a date error as a result which may have cost us greatly. it was nicely resolved by your service person.

I had accidentally booked the wrong night night and when I called to fix it the person I spoke with was really helpful and fixed the issue with no problems at all. Really great, first time I have used wotif and will definitely use again!
