Ease of booking

Good. Easy to use.
Not happy to be getting emails to sell me insurance that I already said that i was not interested in though.

the changes to the website are great. It is clearer and easier to read. The choices shown are presented with enough info to assist in making a choice. Booking is uncomplicated and quick. thanks

friendly, patient and understanding

The hold waiting time was a little bit long, other then that very nice staff.

The booking I made had an option for pay on departure, but wotif took the money straight out without offering me the decision
