Quick and easy to follow website. Simple

Easy to search and make a reservation. The extra discount when signing in as a member was a pleasant surprise. Would of been nice to know if the free WiFi offered was for the entire stay or time limited as per the Hotel’s website information, cleared up immediately once Wotif’s customer support was contacted. Would use Wotif again.

I selected the pay later for 2 bookings one in Paris & one in Rome. For the Paris booking I was charged for 1 night & on the Rome booking all 5 days where charged. If the pay later option is not available at those hotels why have it as an option. Dissapointed with your service is all I can say.

I like that the prices are fair and accurate, quick service and I booked my holiday and paid for within 30mins. Fantastic service, highly recommend.
