Easy to use, never had a problem when ever I have booked with wotif.

Serena went above and beyond to work around my schedule, im sure at great inconvenience to herself.

I have no problem with the booking experience however the property we stayed at left A LOT to be desired. There was NO TOILET paper in the apartment at all. The shower head in the master ensuite was broken. There were nasty stains on the blanket in the guest room. It was generally tidy but so minimally stocked there wasn’t even a spare blanket for our second child who wanted to sleep on the couch. We would NOT recommend this location ever again.

Better description of Hotel Rooms & bed sizes

I am still waiting for Wotif to email me my booking details. You obviously have my email correct. How can I verify that I have booked without this?
