the website kept defaulting to a certain date, so I ended up receiving confirmation of a booking, but not on the date I wanted. Your staff member Alicia was so helpful in fixing the problem, phoning the hotel, sending me a new confirmation, that the issue was dealt with within minutes, without stress.
