My experience in changing a hotel booking, bringing it forward by two days, should have been quick and straight forward. While the end result was okay, the half-hour spent dealing with an inexperienced call centre operator in Mumbai was excruciatingly frustrating. Please do away with international babel towers and skill-up locals who understand the vernacular.

The site was very easy to navigate. Something l don’t do very often. So l was extremely pleased at how easy it was. Plus getting immediate conformation on my mobile gave me piece of mind.
