You need to rate your hotels rooms differently, I realise Ibis is a budget hotel by accor standards
lucky we were only staying 1 night, we’d booked a family room walked into a cramped motel room with a queen bed,double bunk and single bed all in the space of what would normally be a single room in any other hotel. the bar fridge looked as if it came out of the 80s, the laminate was ripped off on a couple of the cupboard drawers in places & the toilet paper holder wouldn’t stay closed. Nice up to date bathroom, looks recently renovated, maybe a couple of years. staff were very pleasant, and helpful breakfast was included which was a nice surprise and quite ice as hotel breakfasts go. When there are only 1 or 2 rooms left as proclaimed in the advert, it ought to be noted where you will be within the property as our block seemed to be school kids aged from about 10/11-16/17yrs sports groups, which made it quite noisy in our room until they went to bed
