Accommodation was booked but requests asked for were not.
Requested adjoining rooms and a roller bed. Hotel was not aware of roller bed.

My contact was extremely professional and courteous and took my complaint on board even though the issue related to the motel charging a deposit to my credit card even though all the documentation throughout the booking process noted that no money was payable to the motel until check in. I asked if Wotif could speak with the establishment and get their pages changed to reflect their (unadvertised) policy of taking a deposit with all booking

I didnt recieve my itinerary. The itinerary number in the feedback email didnt work. Eventually i used my email hoping the right itinerary would come through. Got to the hotel and was advised Wotif had sold me the rooms for $35 more than the going rate! Next time I use this service I will be much more observent and double check prices.

Very efficient and easy. However I think that charging a paying guest at the hotel $40 per day for parking is a bit rich.
