I booked a room at the Meriton apartments in Parramatta for the 27.04.2018.
I checked and doubled checked before booking.
A different room was confirmed with the booking at a completely different hotel.
The room is also non-refundable and there seems to be nothing I can do to change it. Not good.

As My partner and I haven’t actually stayed with our motel as yet,(the trip planned is still 6 weeks away), I really cannot give a fair rating for them as yet. As for Wotif’s service everything was quick and timely and gave a miriad of imformation, Including information should circumstances prevent us from our planned stay.

I reserved a room at Endeavour Court Motor Inn in Dubbo that supposedly had a queen size bed and one single. Upon arrival the motel staff said they didn’t have a room like that and when I checked the motel’s website and booking.com I couldn’t find the room there either. This was obviously an error on the part of Wotif. I can’t afford inconveniences like this so won’t be using wotif.com again. I’ll be going directly to the motel’s website.Wotif should refund my money!
