Impossible to change or amend a booking. Hotels booked have no control over the booking. Have used Wotif many times over the years for our company bookings. This was by far the worst service and unfortunately we will be booking elsewhere from now on

I booked 2 nights which looked like it was $114 per night but actually got charged $328 instead of $228 ?? Then it was very difficult to get back to Wotif

When we booked our accommodation, the booking stated that we had a king bed. We had 2 double beds. When questioned, the facility stated that Wotif do not know what rooms we have available
