My issue was specific to the website. I populated my dates and attempted to pay. I got a payment error on my card so had to re-enter card details. Unbeknownst to me, the dates changed and I ended up booking a room for a single night three days away. I contacted by phone, explained the situation and asked the agent to see if we can move the reservation to the correct date in June. They assured they would and even indicated it was likely there would be no penalty. When I received a return call, the date they re-negotiated with the hotel was incorrect. So I had to change it yet again. This time the hotel declined to move the reservation, so I lost the money for the night. They indicated they would send AUD$100 voucher. I have yet to see that come through. I am disappointed. The hotel was willing to move my reservation once but it was the wrong month which was the fault of Wotif.

I had a hard time booking accommodation on line & there was a mistake with the booking dates. I spoke to 2 different people during this time & they were both amazing & very understanding & fixed the dates with no hassle at all.

Easy to navigate , Flights and hotel combined was cheaper than Webjet. Could filter what you wanted at your hotel eg balcony.
