I actually put in a request for 2 rooms and it only booked one so I had to repeat the booking process for the second, I hope the hotel doesn’t think I made a mistake and ignores the second reservation

April 25, 2018The service provided a good competitive price for the accomodation.There was a time delay in the motel receiving confirmation of payment for the suite resulting in having to ring Wotif to see what was happening and a long wait in reception but eventually confirmation of payment was received
April 25, 2018I looked up accommodation for Sydney for the date 23/4/18, check out 24/4/18 via Trivago, they passed me on to Wotif and somewhere in the process I was put down for the 14/5/18. Only realising this when I turned up to check in after 6 hrs of travel.
Date confirmation needs to be highlighted better before payment.
Helped me achieve exactly what I needed to.

Asked for high floor light sleeper. Was given 2nd floor next to main road and traffic lights
We asked for a higher floor after a half hour of noise and was placed on the 7 th floor
Both rooms were terrible and on the back corners obviously wotif custermers get the hotels unwanted rooms
