No issues, quick & easy

I’d like the invoicing process to be clearer. I make bookings usually because of work and I need paperwork for each booking that clearly states “invoice” or “tax invoice” if GST is applied. Only through calling wotif did I discover that wotif isn’t registered for GST. It should be more clear.

I like wotif as a website, however one flaw in particular has lead to the 3 star review.

The date that I am booking need sti be made more obvious. This has led me to book the wrong night.

We have always been satisfied with booking with Wotif and will continue to do so
