Easy to use and very useful.

They were quick with the booking. It was hassle free for me. I would like to say though that I booked for one night and then realized I needed to book for two. so I have two nights 28/29th June in different rooms. I’m not sure if that could be changed to the same room for the two nights, if not that will be OK. Thank you. Helen.

The customer service operator was very friendly and fixed my problem in a quick and professional manner.

There are three withdrawals from my account. A separate amount for each individual as well as a combined amount, leaving me paying double. The combined amount is still pending but has left me unable to use my card. Any help would be great

Originally searched with a booking date, but when selected and booked based on price, the booking was for an incorrect date!!
Then had to ring and change, and pay another $40!!
Could have been a lot better.
