The website is easy to use and brings back a while range of options on search criteria – managing criteria and sorting by categories makes it very user friendly

The service was good but when I called to confirm the Ibis reservation staff member did not seem to have a record of my reservation and could not use the Wotif reservation number provided. This made me feel uneasy because I was left unsure if my booking was actually confirmed by the hotel.

I had a little difficulty with my booking and when I called to try and resolve this the assistance was brilliant.

Booked exactly what I needed where I needed to be close to hosp. Easy and when I got to motel went smoothly too

I needed to change the date of the reservation. The person was very helpful and polite

cheaper price than accommodation quoted plus instant booking

It was very easy to use. Loved that I didn’t have to pay at booking and can pay when we checkin.
