Easy to navigate site, quick confirmation of booking

I , in good conscience, made a booking in the Reflections Cabins at Moonee Beach near Coffs Harbour through Wotif.
Within 48 hours , due to a family issue I had to phone back and sadly cancel our booking (Grandchild who was coming with us unfortunately had her mother change her attitude and would not allow the grandchild to come on a little break away)
I only had the booking for such a short matter of time and I would like to know please if my booking was cancelled promptly and what if anything I need to do . Is there any out of pocket expense ?
it was only a couple of days between the booking and cancellation so I do hope there would not be a cost involved.
I would really appreciate a message from you please as I do not know where I should phone. Many thanks for your assistance. Trish Bushell
