My parents hospital visitation was rescheduled and the apartments booked for accommodation near hospital would not reschedule for the following week so the staff at Wotif refunded my original booking and then this enabled me to book same accommodation following week for the newly appointed hospital visit.

I started on a different product but ended on Wotif because I could better display the properties on a map. What would be excellent would be able to narrow down the properties displayed to those that only fit your criteria, eg 1km radius of city centre, between 80 & 150 dollars, etc.. if this can already be done, then it needs to be more obvious or simple!

The property should not be for sale. It was terrible.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for quickly and in an affordable/acceptable price range.

I signed up and was supposed to get 8% off my booking but there was nowhere for me to apply this and when I call the hotel to see if they could apply theysaid no.
