The service was seamless until I got to the hotel who then wanted to charge for wifi because I booked the room through your site.

I have just been informed the room I booked does not allow check-in until 9.30pm. Was not clear at all on the Wotif site. Very ordinary indeed. In fact, probably misleading under Australian consumer law.
