I asked a question about splitting a booking at a hotel that has a ‘gap’ in the middle when I would be on a tour. I asked if I should make one or two hotel bookings. The ‘robot’ answer did not ‘get’ it.
I eventually gave up on the tour. The ‘basic’ booking was fine.
Remember – you are talking to a ‘bot’.
