I am very disappointed in the below message re our hotel booking. I was not aware that this could occur. When i went in to make a new booking for the same hotel I found the price had trippled so wounder if this is the reason that the hotel cancelled. I am disappointed that we were not contacted and offered the opportunity to pay in whatever format they required. Very disappointing and if this happens again I will not be using wotif again.

You have a system problem. I tried to reset my password and 3 days later I still don’t have the link to do so. I also didn’t receive my booking confirmation automatically as usual. I had to ring your help desk and had them send it out and had to use a different email address to receive this, and no there is no problem with my email as I am receiving all other emails. And no it isn’t in spam.
Your help line staff member however wasn’t excellent and a credit to your team.

The person I spoke with was very keen to make sure I was aware of my options before cancelling a booking to rebook on another day. He was courteous and friendly. His accent was a little hard to understand at times, but he showed no signs of frustration when I asked him to repeat what he’d said. Meticulous.
