Booking was prompt. The only problem that I had was emailing confirmation to my main email address. Tried several times with no luck so used an alternate address.

Not use that motel for guests who are requiring a comfortable stay. Heating was very noisy. Car park entrance was closed Guests should have been directed to other section and asked to upgrade if required facilities were poor and not up to standard

I made a mistake in dates when I first booked, and called for help within five minutes of making it! . Nigel in India spoke to me and helped me make a smooth transition on the correct date – (one day difference) and after a call to the accomodation, was able to do it without an extra charge. He also assured me that giving my credit card number was totally safe – mentioning the reasons that I had for being cautious without him hearing me give those details. He did his job well.

ALL WORKED FINE AND SO FAR SO GOOD AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN
