I have used Wotif a number of times in the past to book my holidays and it has always been a very easy process

I don’t know what happened this time, as it has always been very efficient before but know confirmation email of my booking was sent and I had to call and have it resent as I could not find a record of it anywhere. It may have been on the site, but I am not an experienced enough user to go through all the drop down menus to find it.

Simple and straightforward booking process

Terrible. I haven’t received any of the booking notifications for this. YeT ive received this email plus a few adds from WotIf in the meantime. I called the help number and a new booking confirmation was sent, but it didnt arrive. Not in my junk mail either.

My experience was very easy to find things and very clear and precise on deals.

Great, easy to use. I have used several times in the past and will continue to use in the future.

Provided great service to help us find a great hotel at a great price.

I asked for the confirmation to be sent to the email address provided. This never happened. Instead I received an SMS on my phone which I cannot access on my phone.

Booked on internet, easy!
