I made a booking previous when I checked with venue they had no record … had to book directly with property at higher price … have used wotif numerous times before but will try to avoid it for any future bookings

When a motel or establishment has parking, they should either say free or will cost on your site. I got charged for parking by Teri, the place i stayed. Yet there was no mention of it prior to the booking. People on a budget think they are getting a great deal then get slugged an extra $20 a night for parking.
