Wotif’s rates and availability have been greater, cheaper than the competitors and a greater number of rooms available when other sites show the properties as sold out. Also the flight costs and availability have been great.
I have lowered my score though to 3 stars instead of 5 stars as I am very disappointed with the service form MOzio, wotif’s care service partner. I’ve received emails form Mozio and the car service company providing the actual service (as well as wotif) and supplied my flight details for the pick up THREE times and they still have not got it right and are sending threatening emails I’ll loose my money for the service (pre paid) and the service itself as they can’/t seem to check record/o ordinate with the travel provider and get the flight details correct. VERY disappointed and this reflects so badly on wotif – I purchase the service off wotif’s site and am not getting the service that I paid for – I don’t expect to run around talking to three businesses just to get picked up form Bangkok! How hard is this??
