I have always used wotif app to book hotels and usually don’t have any issues. This time, I have had plenty and are not finding either wotif or the hotel we booked to be very helpful. I have looked at other accomodation apps and have finally found a replacement. DON’T BOTHER WITH WOTIF!!

Simple and easy, which is all I have time for given this is a work booking. Also, the option for being able to cancel a booking should requirements change is a bonus.

Easy to search, Easy to use. Safe payment options.
One thing wotif could add, that I have seen lately, is a Price match option.

Select price match button, select the other company name and what price they have on it and see if wotif can match it.
This should stop your Wotif members from straying and using another site.
