Accommodation was clean, but staff at the time were indifferent and unhelpful when asked about anything, and in the end I was not able to obtain an on-the-spot tax invoice for my stay. Instead, I was directed to go online and contact WOTIF for this, but when I did that, WOTIF simply directed me back to the hotel I had stayed in – completely unacceptable!

I would have liked to see the bedding arrangement plan. I booked for 5 people & was told I could have a queen beds or twin beds. I had to phone the accommodation to enquirer how the 5th person would be accommodated.
Also would like to know if late checkouts are available & if so what cost.
