Easier to use, no hassell system

The lady that helped me was fantastic

I was impressed that on opening Wotif the screen immediately showed the site of our previous ( and favourite ) hotel booking – Chifley on South Terrace Adelaide – which made re-booking very quick and easy.

At an earlier booking Wotif quoted us a better rate ( by $ 10 ) than a direct enquiry to the Hotel desk.

Your service was good and I uncounted no problems with the booking, it was a shame the hotel was not up to the standard I expected.

Site it easy to use, which makes for a pleasant experience.

Efficient. No pressure to sign up for anything.
