A have been booking with wotif for years, and no matter what problem that may arise with a particular hotel etc, they always resolve it, they have excellent customer service and great prices.

September 18, 2018I have always used and trusted Wotif when booking accommodation. And although i like the bew itinerary function, I’m not a fan of not getting any confirmation emails like i used to ? You used to get sent a automatic confirmation e mail to reassure you that your booking had been in fact made , now you dont and i find i have to check my credit card account to make sure ive actually paid for my accommodation! In saying that i will continue to use what if , but reverting back to confirmations would be great 👍
