The hotel I booked is undergoing renovation and some facilities won’t be available. If I know that at time of booking, I wouldn’t have booked that hotel! I contacted the hotel who advised us hey had told Expedia (who I believe owns Wotif) to advise customers. As my booking is non refundable I am VERY upset!!!!

We booked our first trip to Bali through Trivago, which was recommended to us. I thought we had booked the cheapest accom deal for The Bene in Kuta. To my disgust, when I had booked and paid for the trip, a friend said who did you go with and I said Wotif were the cheapest and she said Booking.com were 100 AUD cheaper for exactly the same room and dates and inclusions etc. Very disappointed and next time I will just book direct or through booking.com.
