Knowingly that the purchase I made is non refundable
But since my planed changed just the next day,ur WOtif guy try help to see if they try cancel n refund, or change date, we got change of date.ty very much for trying , n better outcome either way

Firstly, I booked a villa in Bali but for some reason Wotif could not confirm my booking and by the time I finally talked to someone at Wotif (many phone calls and e-mails later) the villa was booked out. Next, I booked another apartment in Bali but forgot to apply the discount code sent to me. I sent an e-mail to Wotif but never received a reply!!
I really hope my apartment is booked and confirmed when I arrive in Bali soon.

I’ve been using Wotif for about 15 years now and have always found the site easy to use and I’ve never had a problem with a booking.

My only criticism would be the loyalty program is not robust at all. I’ve received very little in the way of rewards for my 15 years of loyalty.
